You may also rent both houses (Main House and Guest Cottage) for
$6000 per week from June 26 through August 13, 2010.
One half of the rental rate is due as an initial deposit and must be received within 7 days of making a
reservation; balance and a signed lease is due 30 days prior to check-in. A security deposit is required prior to check-in. The deposit is
$100 for 3 night rentals and $250 for weekly rentals. Pets are welcome if pre-approved and crated when not supervised; an additional pet deposit of $75 is
required.
Cancellation Information:
Cancellations are charged 15% of the gross property rent if the property is re-rented for the full amount. If the
property is not re-rented for the full amount, the entire deposit is forfeited. The cancellation policy applies as soon
as we receive the deposit.
