Thank you for your interest in renting at 34 Olive
Avenue, one olive or two.
We have a five bedroom, two and a half bath main house that sleeps up to 13 and a two bedroom, one bath guest
cottage that sleeps up to 4. Below is a complete list of amenities for each house.

First Floor:
The main house features a huge entrance foyer with a grand staircase. The large open living room has a
stereo system with a CD player. There is a separate whimsical dining room and a cozy family/rec room with
a wood burning fireplace and TV with cable and DVD/VCR. There is also a
well stocked pantry/bar area, a powder room, and a laundry room with full size washer/dryer. The fully
equipped kitchen features a large eating area and a doorway from the rec room leads to a large back
deck with a gas grill.

Second Floor:
There are five large bedrooms (two queen beds, 3 twin beds, 2 queen size bunk beds, which sleep 3 in
each). There are two full baths with complete shower/tubs. Pillows and bedspreads are included. (Please bring
your own sheets and towels).

- Off-street parking for three cars
- Private outside shower with hot and cold water
- Central air conditioning and heating
- Local telephone service and answering machine
- COMPLETELY EQUIPPED kitchen includes: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, toaster oven
- Cable TV, 2 TVs, 1 DVD, 1 VCR, 2 CD/Stereo systems
- Spacious fenced in backyard with large back deck with a gas grill

First Floor:
The cottage was upgraded in 2007 with new central
air conditioning, a completely renovated kitchen
and bathroom and the addition of a flat screen TV with
surround sound as well as broadband internet
connectivity. The living room features cozy overstuffed sofas and an eat-in breakfast nook.
There is a stacked washer/dryer, a full size bath with a shower/tub, and a fully equipped kitchen.

There are two bedrooms (4 twin beds). Pillows and bedspreads are included. (Please bring your own sheets
and towels).
